Rob Cherepuschak - Academy Coordinator - Baseball Instructor
Rob's leadership and commitment to developing athletics and education in our province has been recognized at both the provincial and national level. Specifically with baseball, Rob's experiences have allowed him the opportunity help develop young men both on and off the field. Rob served as the pitching coach for Team Saskatchewan ('01 - '05), culminating in 2005 at the Canada Summer Games. Following this experience, Rob served as the pitching coach for the Regina Red Sox of the Western Major Baseball League ('06 - '08), then became the field manager ('09 - '11) where he guided the Red Sox to two league finals and the Red Sox first WMBL Championship in 2011. Rob is currently the Director of Player Personnel with the Red Sox. (B. Ed - University of Regina)
Justin Eiswirth - Baseball Instructor
Justin's approach to athletics allowed him to have a successful baseball career. Today, he dedicates his time to developing young athletes in our community through his approach to coaching. As a player, Justin was a valuable member of Team Saskatchewan ('03 - '05), His ability earned him the opportunity to attend Taft College where he excelled in the classroom and on the field. Each summer Justin, returned home to play for his hometown Regina Red Sox and helped establish a strong culture. Following his playing career, Justin transitioned quickly into the pitching coach for the Regina Red Sox ('09 - '11) and was a big part of the success they experienced in those years. In 2012, Justin took on the role of field manager where he guided the Red Sox to their second league championship in as many years.

Ryan Hodgins - Baseball Instructor - Hockey Instructor
Ryan's extensive experience in elite sport brings a wealth of knowledge to our academy. As a multi-sport athlete, Ryan has excelled in many sports. Most notably in hockey, baseball and football. As a baseball player, Ryan played for Team Saskatchewan ('96) and continues to build the youth programs in our city. Ryan's hockey career saw him play his entire SJHL career for his hometown North Battleford Stars and later for the University of Regina Cougars where he was the captain of both programs. Ryan quickly transitioned behind the bench as an assistant coach for the men's hockey program at the University of Regina as well. The majority of Ryan's time in education has seen him serve as a guidance counselor in his respective schools. This experience makes him a solid fit as our Academic Advisor at the Academy.

Mitch MacDonald - Baseball Instructor
Mitch's baseball career was built of discipline, skill and work ethic. This approach saw him progress through his years as an elite youth player, to a valuable member of the Team Saskatchewan program ('04 - '05). Following high school, Mitch took his talents to California where he studied and played at Monterey Peninsula. While there, Mitch was drafted by the Florida Marlins and played three years in their minor league system. Mitch also played for his hometown Regina Red Sox where he won a Triple Crown in 2010 and followed that up with back to back championships in 2011 and 2012. Mitch has transitioned his mature approach to the came to the dugout. He is currently the Field Manager with the Regina Red Sox of the Western Major Baseball League.

Brent Adam - Strength and Conditioning Coach
The wealth of knowledge, ability and passion that Brent brings to our program is phenomenal! Brent's approach to education enhances the lives of every student he comes in contact with. With respect to our program, Brent's ability to design sport specific training for our athletes allows them to meet and exceed their goals. Brent is a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and is also a Lebert Fitness Certified Trainer. Outside of his time with the Academy, Brent's business "Sweat Fitness", provides training for individuals, teams and groups looking to enhance their health, productivity and overall sense of wellness.

Morgan Reiter - Professional Instructor - Inside Pitch Baseball Academy
The enjoyment of the game is of paramount importance to Inside Pitch Academy Owner, Operator and Director of Player Development, Morgan Reiter. Morgan is the first NPA (National Pitching Association) - certified instructor in Canada. This certification provides the most up-to-date information on Biomechanics, Function Fitness, and Mental, Emotional, and Nutritional Training provided in baseball. In addition to his fantastic teaching practices, Morgan’s extensive resume includes an elite playing career in college (Texas State) and also several years of professional baseball. We are pleased to have Morgan attend many of our training sessions to provide solid instruction for all members of the Martin Academy Baseball program.
